Hopefully the rest of the gang gets immortalized soon...can you name them all? Hint: they're all named after graphic design/art school terms... (shot out to hj for the tip!)
Joe Ledbetter's Unicornasaurus made it's debut at the Kid Robot booth during Con a few weeks back proving to everyone that the mythical Unicornasaurus does, in fact, exist.
Only 350 of the black and pink colorway, dubbed "lava," were made and sold as a SDCC exclusive. Want one? Good luck! On eBay they're going for (at most) $289.99!!! O_o
But TODAY is the release of the grey and yellow Unicornasaurus. Catch one (or both) for $39.95 (+tax) at all Kid Robot stores before they disappear and go on eBay for a ridonculous price!

Due to some serious problems at our production facility in Hong Kong, we did not recieve anything like the shipment we had worked so hard to have for you at Comic Con. We only received a small portion of the dolls we were promised and those came in plain white boxes. Furthermore, some of the boxes were damaged and the dolls were not up to the quality standards that we feel you deserve. We are going to try to make the best of it. - we rescued 35 of the little bastards - they are the Gold version - we will likely not make any more of these, and since there is no art on the box, Claudio and artist Sheldon Vella will be at the con to hand decorate and sign the box. We are heartbroken and disappointed that this happened, and we hope if you don't manage to get one one now, you'll follow our announcements and get a "proper" doll once they are available. So here's what we're doing - First run "Kill Audio Gold doll" - All sales final, no returns. As we said, we have done our absolute best to not sell any dolls with imperfections, but if you happen to find some minor ones on these dolls, you will have to find those endearing. These will be very rare and we wanted to at least have something for those of you who really really want one RIGHT NOW. The dolls will be $75 each, due to all the hell we've gone through and the fact that we had to reject a quantity and eat costs. Here's how the 35 dolls will be made available at Comic Con - at the IMAGE COMICS BOOTH #2729 Thursday July 24th - 10am - 10 dolls will be made available - we suggest you come early. Friday July 25th - 10am - 10 more dolls will be made available. Saturday July 26th - 10am -15 dolls will be made available. and that's it. Claudio and Sheldon will be on hand early to get creative on the boxes if you want them to. They will be there to sign the purchased dolls ONLY - no signings of comic books or other items will take place outside of the scheduled signing times. Please accept our apologies that we won't have more KA dolls available and we hope to have updated info for you soon. Here is what else we will have in stock at Comic Con, Image Comics booth #2729. The Amory Wars Tshirt - NEW! - $15 The Amory Wars Comics: Volume 1 Issue 1 - Variant - $10-15 (while they last) Issue 1 - color not available Issue 2 - color and b/w - $15 (while they last - we are down to less than 100 of each in stock and they are not available online or in stores) Issue 3-5 $4 Volume 2 Issue 1, 2 - $4 The Amory Wars Trade Paperback - $15 The Amory Wars Sketchbook - $10 Good Apollo Graphic Novel - $20 The Second Stage Turbine Books are not available. Avaliable in limited quanities at STRANGEco's Comic Con booth, Tokidoki's cactus crew: Sandy, Sabochan, Bastardino, and Polpettina get dipped in shimmery vinyl goodness along with the pups. The lucky folks who pick up a rare golden pup'll win a prize -- lucky bastard(ino).
Subtext will be having a custom vinyl show on November 14 until December 7 with the opening reception on November 14 from 6-10 p.m. 50 artists will customize Zakkamono's Miao which consists of two vinyls --- Lucky Cat and Mousubi.
Almost a year ago Simone Legno, of Tokidoki fan girl dimonium, let us here at Okee Dorkee know that a vinyl toy of Adios and Ciao Ciao's kitty Skeletrino was in the process of getting made -- remember that post?
The time has come . . er, almost. Strangeco just posted photos of the hell kitten and his fancified feline companion Skeletrina.
Check out the golden details on her. Kitty's got some mad style!
No word on when these will be released. Hopefully by the time Comic Con rolls around >^_^<
Yes, I know it has been quite some time since my last post. The time in between then and now I was probably living in the library study room with 8 or so other guys going over things such as cost-benefit analysis, 1/2mv², amount of distance a spring may compress as a 50 lb head smashes against it, and maybe even how to use a new TI-89 Titanium Graphing Calculator...
Other than my cell phone and baby wipes, I use this thing practically everyday. The simultaneous equation solver (a basic matrix), and polynomial root finder (quadratic equation solver) make finding variables much, much easier. Not to mention the Notefolio program helps when your 3"x5" card just isn't enough. Nahmean?
With Claudio's (Coheed and Cambria) new comic Kill Audio, Evil Ink Comics in conjunction with VinylCut will release a 7" figure of a super stabbed Claudio. A bloody variant will also be released. On top of that, a SECRET LIMITED variant will be released at none other than... you know... the San Diego Comic-Con.
Have YOU seen the second episode of Macross Frontier? I still haven't seen it, but I thought the first episode was good enough to make me feel that I should continue the series.
I thought the reworked version of Do You Remember Love? was a nice touch. NOSTALGIA, son...
By the way, I'm looking for this shirt. Apparently they only sold them in Akihabara in Japan during some huge anime festival or whatever. Not sure where else to get them or who I can proxy them from. Some one, please help me out. I think I may be a size LARGE in these tees.
Bubi Au Yeung's white blobby/spikey creation Treeson has just come out with a new line of Baby Treesons ("3) -- all in different colorways and each one limited in quantities.

Pastel Pink: ed. of 1200
Baby Blue: ed. of 800
They can be purchased at the Crazy Label webstore.
In other Treeson news, a storybook featuring Treeson will be coming out later this year. If you've snapped any pictures of your own, join the Treeson Flickr group (or join Flickr if you haven't already -- it's the bestest!).

Either you've been living under some sad rock or aren't down (like us) to wait in 2 hour lines...here is (again) another fabulous opportunity to meet mister tokidoki in the flesh, the coolest italiano next to Tony Soprano, Mister...

As I was filtering through over 3 weeks worth of emails, I came across one from Super7 Store in San Francisco announcing the launch of their Comic Con site. Here, you'll find updates on the exclusive toys they'll be selling at their booth as well as events they'll be hosting throughout the four days of the Con. Tim Biskup fans may want to note his special signing on Friday as Super7 notes it'll be his only Comic Con appearance this year. Here's a little sneak peak at what's in store from Super7.
Release only available to SDCC die-hards who hang out until Sunday. It's a secret! Available Sunday only
This was only a teaser as to what Super7 has planned for the Con - more can be found on their Comic Con site. Super7 will also be revealing more exclusives in the days to come so be sure to check back often! Hope you find something you like!
